Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will design, implement, and support education and behavioral programs while participating in assessments and data analysis. The role also involves direct work with children and families, requiring report writing and regular communication with management.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in education or a related human service field, with a master’s degree preferred. A minimum of two years of direct experience in a school or mental health treatment setting and licensure as a bcba in pennsylvania is required.
