Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism across various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments designed by a bcba. Responsibilities also include collecting unbiased data during sessions and actively collaborating with the clinical team and families to support client needs.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active car insurance to travel to service locations. New behavior technicians must complete a 40-Hour rbt training program and pass the rbt exam within 45 days of hire.
