Core responsibilities
The bcba will design, implement, and monitor skill-Acquisition and behavior-Reduction programs while overseeing the implementation of behavior-Analytic programs by rbts and caregivers. They will also conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention and supervise others seeking bcba certification.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master's degree and an active bcba certification, and they should initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to maintain a clean background/Drug screening are also required.
