Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Develop evidence-Based, hierarchical programming based on client data and continuous assessment, while providing ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to registered behavior technicians (Rbts). Responsibilities also include conducting necessary family guidance, maintaining timely data review, and performing comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments.

Candidates must be a currently certified board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) or be sitting for the exam within one month, and must possess a tennessee licensed behavior analyst (Lba) if applicable. Applicants also need reliable transportation and experience working with individuals facing developmental disabilities or behavior challenges.
