Social Worker / Mental Health Clinician- SBHC

Mental health clinicians in school based health centers provide health education through large and small group instruction, alongside offering individual, family, and group counseling to middle and high school students. They often function as part of interdisciplinary healthcare teams alongside nurse practitioners and health educators.

Candidates must have completed a master’s or post-Master’s degree from an accredited counseling program and hold active licensure (Lcsw, lmsw, lpc, lpca, lmft) in connecticut, or be eligible to obtain it. Experience working with middle or high school students and families is preferred, as is bilingual/Bi-Cultural experience.
