Ambassador

The ambassador engages, equips, and empowers coaches and athletes to fulfill the fca vision, mission, and values by implementing a consistent approach to discipleship within assigned sports environments. This role requires adherence to biblical standards and fca policies while leading spiritual development for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes.

Candidates must agree with and abide by fca's christian community statement and follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and bible study. Responsibilities include providing spiritual leadership, connecting with a local church, and conducting oneself according to biblical standards at all times.
