Center-Based Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

The bcaba will provide clinical oversight of aba therapy under bcba supervision, including training behavior technicians and assisting in developing individualized behavior intervention plans. They must also collect and analyze client data, collaborate on treatment decisions, and engage families through regular communication and training.

Candidates must be a board certified assistant behavior analyst (Bcaba) ready to deliver high-Quality aba therapy in a structured center environment. Key requirements include the ability to mentor technicians, manage data-Driven treatment decisions, and adhere to an assent-Based, child-Centered philosophy.
