The Day Treatment Group Facilitator provides structured, therapeutic, and skills-building group services for enrolled youth, implementing evidence-based curricula to support behavioral regulation and social-emotional development. Responsibilities include facilitating daily groups, maintaining a safe environment, implementing trauma-informed strategies, and accurately completing required documentation.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, though an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
