Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will be responsible for developing individualized, evidence-Based care plans for patients and delivering high-Quality, outcomes-Driven therapy. They will also collaborate with peers in a values-Driven team environment and build connections with local providers.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Dpt or equivalent) and possess an active ohio physical therapist license or be eligible to obtain one. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive structured onboarding and mentorship.
