School Program Youth Leader - Morning Program

The youth leader is responsible for supervising groups of 10-20 students and implementing academic, enrichment, and social-Emotional activities. They must collaborate with school personnel to ensure program goals are met while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Candidates must be at least one year removed from high school graduation and possess a minimum of one year of experience working with youth. An associate or bachelor degree is highly desirable, or the candidate must meet the minimum qualifications for a classroom assistant.
