K-8 Teacher at Flagship Charter Academy (2026-27 School Year)

Teachers hired proactively as ready to place teachers (Rpts) will be assigned a classroom and collaborate with leadership and peers to prepare for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities include creating an engaging learning environment, implementing a proven curriculum, analyzing student data, and working professionally with staff to meet student needs.

Candidates must hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative certification requirements, for which nha will provide support. The role requires readiness to assume classroom responsibility and a commitment to leveraging provided resources for student academic success.
