Ready to place teachers (Rpts) are hired proactively to prepare for upcoming classroom vacancies, working with leadership and grade-Level colleagues to map out schedules and prepare for the school year. Responsibilities include assuming classroom teacher duties, creating an engaging learning environment, implementing proven curriculum, analyzing student data, and collaborating professionally with staff.

Candidates must hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative certification requirements, for which national heritage academies will provide support. The role requires readiness to assume classroom responsibility and utilize provided resources to drive student academic success.
