Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-Help skills through play-Based therapy using applied behavior analysis (Aba). Responsibilities also include gaining training and skills to support a career in related fields and engaging in physical activities like pushing, pulling, lifting up to 35 pounds, sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and running as needed.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the united states, possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a genuine desire to help children with autism and their families reach their goals.
