Mental Health Associate

The associate will assist students with special needs across all age groups with academics, social skills, and daily living needs, including personal care tasks like toileting and feeding. This role involves observing behavior, documenting updates, and using de-Escalation strategies to maintain a structured environment while partnering with the educational and therapeutic team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with basic computer proficiency in outlook and word. Essential qualities include strong communication, reading, writing, and documentation skills, alongside being reliable, punctual, and possessing the patience and resilience needed to support escalated students.
