Core responsibilities
This role is responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of education and training for associates by managing the learning management system (Lms), including administration, content building, and issue resolution. The coordinator also manages the day-To-Day operations and compliance reporting for the aha training center, neonatal resuscitation program (Nrp), and stable programs.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business or information technology, along with 1-3 years of experience in general education or business operations. Candidates must possess strong organizational, customer service, and advanced computer skills, along with the ability to manage multiple technical projects and troubleshoot issues.
