Housing Stability Specialist

The housing stability specialist will provide community-Appropriate stability to families and individuals of earl boyles elementary school students through emergency rental assistance, connecting families to social services, and fostering family attachment to the school. Essential functions include assessing client eligibility, meeting individually with clients for case management to define and reach housing goals, maintaining case files, and distributing assistance funds.

A bachelor's degree or some college plus 1-2 years of relevant experience is required, along with english proficiency; spanish bilingualism is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, full use of an automobile during work hours, and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
