Core responsibilities
Therapists implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs as directed by the bcba, collect data on these programs, and record session notes detailing the treatment provided. They must also report successes, challenges, and questions to the supervising bcba.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have the ability to read and write english and be able to work hands-On with children. A high school diploma and one aba-Related course, along with experience in education or an autism-Related field, are recommended.
