The aba therapist is responsible for implementing behavior modification and skill acquisition programs as directed by the bcba, which includes collecting data and recording session notes detailing the treatment. They must also report successes, challenges, and questions to the supervising bcba.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have the ability to read and write english and work hands-On with children, with a high school diploma and one aba-Related course being recommended. Experience in education or an autism-Related field is also recommended.
