Core responsibilities
The lead infant/Toddler teacher is responsible for the daily care of every child in the classroom, adhering to all licensing guidelines and company standards. This role involves developing the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children while implementing a proprietary curriculum to create fun, interactive learning experiences.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of 12 early childhood education units and at least six months of experience leading an early childhood classroom with lesson plan creation in a licensed center. Applicants must also meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, cpr/First aid, and mandated reporter training.
