• Overview: We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Youth Program Facilitator. In this role, you will engage and mentor youth through academic and career-focused group sessions, helping them build skills, confidence, and direction for their future.

• Responsibilities: Facilitate engaging group sessions focused on academic success and career exploration Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Encourage student participation, collaboration, and personal growth Serve as a positive role model and mentor to youth participants Support program planning and assist with activities that align with student development goals Monitor student progress and provide feedback as needed

Qualifications

Experience working with youth or in educational/community-based settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and engage groups effectively Passion for youth development, education, and career readiness Reliable, organized, and adaptable Schedule: Part-time; schedule may vary based on program needs
