Direct Support Staff

The primary responsibility is to provide program services by intervening with adolescents residing in the residential group home. This includes implementing direct treatment services according to the agency's model of care and providing general residential care services.

Candidates must be a minimum of twenty-One years old and possess at least a high school diploma or ged along with experience working with children aged 11 to 17. Applicants must also maintain a valid driver's license and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
