ASPIRE Instructor | AOC DISTINGUISHING JOB CHARACTERISTICS This person will be responsible for planning and providing direct instruction that meets the criteria of the standards and benchmarks and the core indicators.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must perform essential duties to expected performance standards.

Administer, record, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Determine learning needs and skills to assist participants in developing and implementing individual learning plans (ILP).

Document instructional and counseling activities for a measure of accountability.

Qualifications

An example of an acceptable qualification is: Bachelor’s degree; ASPIRE staff training is required but is provided between hiring and job commencement. ASPIRE experience is preferred. Applicant must successfully pass required background checks in accordance with Southern State Community College’s policies and procedures and applicable laws.
