Child Care Aide or Child Care Provider

The role involves establishing nurturing relationships with children aged six weeks to 12 years and providing developmentally appropriate activities to enhance their self-Concept and socialization skills. Responsibilities also include promoting physical, intellectual, communication, and creative development while ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Candidates should be prepared to establish a positive learning environment using positive guidance techniques and must prioritize the safety of children and staff. Preferred qualifications include over one year of early childhood experience and an associate's degree in child studies/Education, or obtaining a child development associate (Cda) certification within 12 months of hire.
