Requirements summary

Candidates must be bilingual in english and spanish and ideally possess a montessori diploma for the 3-6 age group, along with experience working with this age range in a group setting. A minimum of 12 early childhood education or child development credits and a bachelor's degree in child development or early childhood education are also required or strongly preferred.
