Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work with children aged 18 months to school age with autism and special needs in homes or centers, delivering applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy using play-Based activities. They will support staff supervision while helping children build skills and create positive change for families.

Candidates must possess a genuine desire to help children with autism, along with compassion, empathy, and reliability, and must be willing to learn about autism and aba. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, meeting the minimum age of 18, eligibility to work in the us, availability for consistent scheduling, passing a background check, and having reliable transportation.
