Core responsibilities
The direct support/Care professional will be responsible for the safety and security of assigned youth through direct supervision while providing and ensuring therapeutic interventions in a compassionate environment. Responsibilities also include engaging positively with youth, teaching appropriate behaviors, assisting with activities of daily living skills, and completing required documentation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license, and have a high school diploma or ged; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Applicants must be able to attend a mandatory 2-Week paid orientation and must be map certified or obtain certification within six months.
