Health Educator (Remote in FL)

The health educator supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of health plan health education programs, including researching and developing educational materials under quality improvement leadership direction. Responsibilities also involve engaging members directly via calls, coordinating care from tracking systems, and participating in quality improvement planning and projects.

Required qualifications include an associate degree in a health-Related area or equivalent experience, along with 2 years of experience in health education. Candidates must possess adaptability, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in microsoft office, and strong problem-Solving skills.
