Clinical Learning Facilitator (Utilization Management and Training Experience preferred)

This role involves providing enterprise-Wide support for clinical training facilitation, delivering programs to orient staff on clinical methodology, policies, and systems to ensure quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include facilitating various training formats, preparing learning environments, coaching staff on clinical judgment and documentation, and monitoring learner engagement.

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in clinical training or a related field, including a minimum of 2 years facilitating training professionally, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Essential qualifications include experience with training delivery, coaching, familiarity with adult learning theory, and proficiency with virtual delivery tools like zoom or microsoft teams.
