Nursing Professional Development Practitioner / RN

The nursing professional development practitioner supports the professional competence and growth of nurses and healthcare personnel by applying the anpd practice model across onboarding, competency management, education, and quality improvement initiatives. Primary duties involve coordinating orientation, validating competencies, delivering continuing education using evidence-Based methods, and coaching staff for career progression.

A minimum requirement is a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) along with 2 years of clinical nursing experience and an unencumbered nursing license approved by the georgia licensing board, plus current bls certification. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in nursing and prior experience in education, leadership, precepting, or mentorship.
