Unit Educator / Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery / Step-Down Unit / /RN

This role involves serving as a clinical expert and role model in applying the nursing process to manage complex care needs, while also planning and conducting educational sessions for staff development and student competence. Primary duties focus on staff and preceptor education, operational compliance, and patient/Family education and communication.

Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and two years of recent nursing experience, including at least two years in the area of concentration. A valid, unencumbered registered nursing license in georgia is required, along with bls certification, and potentially acls depending on the department.
