Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a minimum age of 18 and a high school diploma or ged. Physical requirements include the ability to move in various positions and lift/Carry up to 50 pounds, along with obtaining cpr, first aid certification, and passing a background check.
