HUCA500: Learning and Development Lead

The learning & development lead will plan, organize, and manage training and development activities for all volunteers. This includes assessing training needs and implementing training for existing volunteers as well as conducting training for new volunteers.

Candidates should have knowledge and experience with virtual learning approaches and excellent communication skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, specifically in training and development, is required.
