HUCA212: Catchafire Screener and Sourcer

The catchafire screener and sourcer will be responsible for screening applying candidates within 24 hours and inviting other candidates to apply. They will also follow up with retained candidates and send notifications to those not retained.

Candidates should have a genuine concern for solving the stem education gender gap and an interest in learning hr software. Experience in volunteering or a start-Up/Non-Profit environment is preferred.
