Community Habilitation Worker Enhanced - Columbia & Greene County

The community habilitation worker will provide mentoring and teaching services to individuals with developmental disabilities to help them achieve personal outcomes and growth. They will teach daily living skills and document each training session while working closely with the assigned individual.

Candidates must have prior experience with related populations and strong interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are also required.
