Physical Therapist (Job ID: 101)

The travel physical therapist will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans while providing physical therapy services to both short-Term rehab and long-Term care patients. They will also document progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Candidates must have an active california physical therapist license and be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Snf or geriatric experience is preferred, along with strong communication and documentation skills.
