Occupational Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility (Job ID: 104)

The travel occupational therapist will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans while providing occupational therapy services to both short-Term rehab and long-Term care patients. They will also document treatments, progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.

Candidates must have an active california occupational therapist license and be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program. Experience in skilled nursing facilities or geriatric care is preferred.
