Swim Instructor (PT) - Millington YMCA

The swim instructor is responsible for providing swimming and water safety instruction to students of all ages and abilities while maintaining constant supervision to ensure safety. They also create positive relationships with students and facilitate peer-To-Peer connections as part of the overall program experience.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess certifications in cpr/Aed, first aid, and child abuse prevention within 30 days of hire. They should also have the ability to recognize students needing assistance and demonstrate swimming skills in both shallow and deep water.
