Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician is responsible for providing direct 1

1 therapy sessions and implementing behavior protocols. They also collect data and maintain communication with the pod manager regarding client progress.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or higher in a relevant field and should possess excellent time management skills. Experience in aba programs is preferred but not required.
