Lead Teacher (Toddlers)

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive curricula while fostering a nurturing, christ-Centered classroom environment for toddlers. This role also involves maintaining daily communication with parents and coordinating classroom tasks and safety compliance with the childcare director.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of childcare experience and be at least 18 years old, possessing or acquiring an ece initial certificate. Additional requirements include obtaining first aid/Cpr certification, proof of negative tb test and mmr vaccine, and completing 30 hours of stars training.
