Education Coordinator - Joint Spine Sterile Processing Dept - Full Time - Days

The coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating an organized staff education program aimed at achieving professional excellence and providing necessary information for excellent patient outcomes. This role also involves maintaining employee educational files and documenting training to meet joint commission requirements.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and central service certification, along with a minimum of two years of central service experience. Required skills include the ability to plan time effectively, instruct others, knowledge of human anatomy, understanding of sterile or setup, knowledge of surgical instrumentation, and basic computer/Keyboarding skills.
