Preschool Lead and Assistant Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans using the proprietary curriculum, maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and communicating effectively with families regarding child progress. They must also supervise children to uphold health and safety standards and actively participate in professional development.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a child development associate (Cda) credential are preferred. Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience with young children in a licensed setting and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
