Preschool Lead and Assistant Teacher

Lead and assistant teachers are responsible for implementing the proprietary wonder of learning® curriculum, managing the classroom environment to be safe and nurturing, and maintaining positive communication with families regarding student progress. They must also supervise children during activities, adhere to safety standards, and actively participate in professional development.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a child development associate (Cda) credential being preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with young children in a licensed setting is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
