Fitness Coaches are responsible for leading and motivating members through pre-defined, science-backed workouts while ensuring correct form and helping members achieve their fitness goals. This includes understanding heart-rate focused training and being proficient with all utilized equipment.
No formal degree is required for this position; however, candidates must possess a national fitness certification (such as NASM, ACE, or ISSA) or be able to obtain one. The ideal candidate must also possess the ability to genuinely connect with and motivate others.
