This role functions as a learning facilitator and change agent, coordinating the planning, development, design, implementation, and evaluation of staff education outcomes to enhance professional practice and support career growth. Candidates must have graduated from an approved nursing school with a bachelor of science in nursing degree and hold current florida registered nurse licensure.
