Compensation & Scheduling
Hourly rates
Guaranteed hours NOT pay per visit (PPV). W-2 Position and Pay rates are based on years of experience.
Hourly pay range for a Monolingual Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) position is: $34/hour- $41/hour
Hourly pay range for a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) position is: $35/hour- $44/hour
Contractor Pay Rates
- $45 per 30-minute therapy session
- $80 per evaluation
Hours & Availability
- Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
- Greatest need:
- Fridays 8:00am-5:00pm and
- Saturday 8:00am - 3:00pm
- Opportunity to grow into full-time availability

Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Active Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
