Position Details

• Pay Model: Employee Pay Per Visit (W2)
• Rate: $50–$80/hour
• Benefits Eligibility: 20+ hours/week (full benefits at 30+ hours/week)
• Schedule: Begin with just 8–10 hours per week to complement your current caseload, with the opportunity to gradually grow into a part-time role (20+ hours with benefits) or a full-time position (30+ hours). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition back into pediatrics after time away from the field.

• What you’ll do
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OT, PT, and BCBAs
• Conduct thoughtful, patient-centered evaluations
• Create engaging, effective therapy plans tailored to each child
• Empower patients and families by helping children find their voice and build meaningful connections

• What you bring
• CCC-SLP (required)
• Active Texas SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Pediatric experience preferred (internships/CF accepted)
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive
