They must support positive behavior choices, assist in lesson implementation, and ensure site cleanliness and student safety through monitoring attendance.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have experience working with young children and the ability to inspire and motivate them, along with a high school diploma or ged, and either 48 college semester or 60 college quarter units, or passing an instructional aide test. Availability is required at least three days a week between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm, and passing background checks, tb tests, and basic skills assessments are mandatory.
