Elementary Co-Op Head Counselor

As a head counselor, you will lead a group of 12-15 campers, ensuring their safety and providing guidance while facilitating fun and educational activities. You will also mentor an assistant counselor and manage day-To-Day operations of the group.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old, with a preference for those 18 and older, and should have previous experience working with youth. High swimming competency and availability for the entire camp season are also required.
