Sports & Recreation: Referee

The sports staff provides direct leadership for various sports programs, focusing on creating an environment for healthy child development while upholding ymca core values. Responsibilities include assisting in developing youth sports programs, setting up fields/Courts, and supervising children during activities with a positive attitude.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a criminal background check, with infant/Child/Adult cpr, first aid, and aed certifications required within 30 days of hire. Previous experience working with children in a developmental setting is preferred, along with the ability to build positive relationships and meet physical demands like lifting up to 50 pounds.
