Fi direct support staff

Assist persons with developmental disabilities in participating in activities of their choice while providing respite for their caregivers. Promote self-Advocacy, community inclusion, and assist consumers in achieving their habilitation goals.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree in health and human services preferred. A valid nys driver's license and experience working with people with developmental disabilities are also required.
